    Even though Saturday’s WOD wasn’t posted on here, wanted to comment on it…

    “300” WOD:
    25 strict pull-ups
    50 Deadlifts 135#
    50 push-ups
    50 box jumps (24 inch)
    50 Floor Wipers 135# (perhaps one of the WORST movements ever lol)
    50 KB Clean & Jerks 35#
    25 strict pull-ups
