I also just wanted to reiterate some of what was said yesterday on here. First of all, congratulations to everyone at 515 who participated in the Open this year. I am very proud and impressed everyone’s performance this year. And as always, my favorite part of the Open is watching everyone at the gym cheer each other on and support one another. 515 is full of such amazing people, so the atmosphere is great all the time, but the Open is always extra special, so thank you all for being a part of it π
As was mentioned already, it sounds like there is quite the crowd making the trip to Chicago, which is awesome! If you’re considering it, I would definitely recommend. Meghan is claimed the duty of being “organizer,” so if you have any questions, ask her. It also sounds like, unlike last year, there are some pretty reasonably priced options for hotels downtown that weekend. And I just saw on FB that tickets will go on sale April 5 (Saturday).
Lastly, being big sis to the 8th fittest man in the world after the Open, I have to brag just a bit π There is no one that I’ve seen work harder everyday than Bobby. And I know the Open is not the ultimate goal, but no matter what happens from here out, it is SUCH well-deserved success. Congratulations, Bobby, and thank you for always setting such a great example for us all to follow!
Oh and one more thing…I beat “number 8” on the workout this afternoon, haha π
