    16:28 on 14.5 as RXd. Felt like I was wearing one of those Sumo or Fat suits during this WOD. Not a fun experience. GOOD LUCK!

    YAY the Open is over! Happy to be back to a normal week training schedule. Goal for next year is to crush any workout with heavy weights and MUSCLE UPS!
