    EMOM- 125# for 6 rounds, 135# for last 5.

    Metcon- abmat sit-ups and HSPU to one abmat

    Annette and I have progressively been getting to lower and lower hspu, my first time to one abmat they were slow but felt good. As always thanks for the push Annette!

      Did you like how I bailed in round 2 and grabbed a 10# plate for a couple of rounds in order to catch back up to you? 😉 Tried to lose it again for round 5 and had some good reps and some not-so-good reps… all-in-all progress is being made towards FULL RANGE OF MOTION on those darn things, though admittedly losing that abmat is still a long ways to go! Metcon BLUE in 18:49?

      After first cheering on some 14.1ers — GREAT JOB THIS MORNING!! I power cleaned EMOM for 11 minutes: 125# x 6, then 135# x 5… cuz that’s what Mindy did. 🙂 Thanks for pushing us Mindy!

    Re-did 14.1 this morning, 346 reps. Feel much better about that score… I stressed about it ALL weekend.

    Then did power cleans, EMOM for 11 Minutes: 155-175

    EMOM Power Cleans (I chose to do all tap & go): 145# for 3 sets, 155# for 6 sets, 165# for 2 sets

    I don’t know what possessed me to test my (extremely short) limits for hspu again, but got to 33 before bailing and getting a 10# plate. If I wasn’t so sore I’d break the drawing board in two OnO
