    Fun morning at the gym. I brought my almost 72 year old mother-in-law with me. She wanted to try CrossFit. She loved it. A big thank you to Jaime for helping her. She completed all 11 rounds of push presses with 25#, then did 4 rounds of 5 burpees and 5 leg raises. She planned to stop after 3 rounds, but went for the 4th round so Annette could get a picture of her to send to Kevin. I hope I’m always willing to try new things and can still move live than when I’m in my 70’s!

    Strict-press 75# for 8 rounds, 65# for last 3.

      You are faster than me at both TTB and burpees. I was ahead of you by one burpee going in to the second round and lost my “lead” almost immediately: 6:26. Nice work, Megs!!

    The first 10 ttb were beautiful (thanks, Annette and Meghan!) – the rest, not so much. Very DOMS. So fatigue. Much sore. Wow.
