    10:45, June 2012 (I actually split cleaned and then split jerked in order to rx this!) Crazy lady!

    Today, Diane rx’d in 11:20 (25 sec PR) Hspus unbroken… I hate deadlifts! Actually my body does. Thanks cf for combining my favorite and least favorite movements. You never let me catch a break 😉

    Rest day for me. Yesterday revisited my old Birffday workout
    75 DU
    3 rds:
    12 toes thru rings
    9 deadlifts
    6 hang power cleans
    3 shoulder to overhead

    In the past the weight was 155#, yesterday I used 185#. It changed the intensity of the workout a bit but I’m trying to get better at repping heavier weights…and it’s MY Birffday workout…I do what i want!

    Today rx’d – 38:57

    Half of that was spent on the last few hspu, but I’m terrible enough at them to be able to say this is the best I’ve ever done rx’ing them in a wod OnO

    I accidentally did a round of 21 at the end and my hspu’s were not pretty!! Tried them with one ab mat today. Congrats to Jaime, Bobby and Kady for doing so well at battle of the bluffs this weekend!

    16:40 – 225# deadlifts with handstand holds (Bobby helped me with progressions each round – 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 seconds) – longest I’ve ever been upside down!
