    Kady was supposed to come at 5:30 a.m., but she stood me up. Everyone should give her dirty looks.

    Those type if WODs are not my favorite. It took me a REALLY long time to make myself do that one this morning.

    I had NOT wanted to find out thrusters at that weight were even within the realm of possibility.
