    Shankle Complex – 215# – I’ll take the 10# PR… but I know I have 225# in me. Who else is getting their yoga on tonight?

    15 min. AMRAP of 5 muscles ups, 10 hang cleans (155# for me), and 30 double unders: 3 rds + 4 reps.
