Front squat 145#
Metcon 13:56 w/ 85#
Front Squat: 175# (PR)
Metcon w/ 85#: 10:33? 10:36?
Now to tackle the rest of the driveway… I guess you could say I am shoveling it in intervals 😉 So.much.snow.
Stopped at 205# on front squats. I did back squats last night and my legs were not feeling strong for front squats this morning.
Metcon as Rx’d – 7:08
I’m looking forward to some Yoga tomorrow night 🙂 Remember to signup to reserve your spot. Oh, and anyone who has a yoga mat, Ryan suggested you bring it along. Sounds like it should be a good turnout!
And I’m tired of winter. That’s all.
I have an extra mat I will bring with me – in case someone wants to borrow it. 🙂
^^^^^ Pick me!
Super tired of winter. Almost lost my ears this morning, S/O to Sender for saving me!
205# front squat. That’s a 5# PR. Didn’t even attempt more, just took the PR and ran! 🙂
Metcon: 9:08. I hate front squats. And I apparently don’t like push presses. I no repped myself a few times because I kept jerkin’ it :/.
I agree with you, Jaime. I am sooooo sick of winter.
Did yesterdays Bench Press/Pullup
25:?? – Used 185# and I definitely sacrificed a lot of intensity (actually pretty much all intensity) to go after some heavier weight on a movement I am not strong at. Good to do that every once in a while but I’m curious to see how my body’s response would have been with lighter weight. Oh, and I dropped to 165# for the last two reps…soooo that was awesome…
Double squat PR today(!): 185# front squat (10#PR) and 205# back squat (ditto) – the bar was almost all the way loaded, so I thought ‘What the hey…’
And back to earth with 18:2-something for the wod. I don’t remember dropping the bar this much for push presses, and Kady’s right. I had to think HARD about not jerking :\
Finally broke 300. Did 305 for a 10# PR on front squat. I think time stood still for a while because it felt like it wasn’t moving.. 🙂
WOD in 10:50, May have been a few jerks in there somewhere.
