    not that pushups need to be any harder but it was a good one.

      I couldn’t have said that ANY better. I don’t think mine probably looked so great… but it’s good to change it up, right?

      On the bright side, I held on to my pullups a lot longer than expected 🙂 15:33

    I’m glad I came in because I spent the day dealing with people I wanted to AMRAP with the back of my hand.

    20:50 rx – first double overhand pullups in awhile; I’m happy, my left forearm is not 🙂

    Snatch was a joke today so I just worked on snatch balance and staying active in the bottom of the overhead squat – lots of improvement to be made here

    Deadlift/Burpee – 3:11 (:06 PR)

    I’m an idiot and did 3/4 body weight bench instead of bodyweight because I can’t read. 11:40 at 125#.
