    Did some hang squat cleans tonight, tried to see how many in a row I could do… Couldn’t hold on to the bar :/ at 135# I did 13

    Then did the walking lunges 185# for 10, tried 200#, got 5 steps 🙂

    Good day for me!

    100m Row FT – 16 sec (-2 sec PR)
    255 Squat Clean – 30# PR
    100 DU’s FT- 5:19 (-1:21 PR) still suck badly at these, but have started stringing them together.
