  1. Bobby says:

    Lunges – 285#, ouchy momma
    Metcon – As Rx’d 3:34

  2. Todd says:

    Lunges – 185#, shaky legs.

Metcon (as rx’d) – a ridiculous 18:40. Bobby could’ve gone out for breakfast and back by the time I got done. 70# kb snatches really slowed me down…about dropped it on my head a couple of times. Wednesday’s lesson in humility.

    • Annette says:

Ha! Took me 19:14 and Bobby did the ENTIRE WOD while I tried to get through, like ONE round.

      Yep. That happened. I saw it coming and there was nothing I could do about it. {{obviously}}

‘Cept, I’m totally STOKED because I did 3 rounds (!) with the 53# kettlebell in 15 something… then I scaled the last two rounds to 35# to finish in 19:14.

      Walking lunges for 10: 135#
      Walking lunges for 7: 150#
Since Jaime told me Lindsay tried for 150, I thought I should try, too. Thanks for the push Z.

  3. Meghan says:

    Lunges 115#

    Metcon with 45# KB 12:22

  4. Eddie Mrowka says:

Lunges – 165# (thanks Bobby for the push and encouragement to go for more)

    Metcon – 12:04 w/ 53# KB

BTW – had to text my wife to find out what this “Metcon” everyone was posting about above meant. 🙂

  5. Pete Jones says:

    Lunges at 165#.

Metcon @ 8:26 with 53# KB and first 2 rounds of CTB successful, but scaled to chin to bar for last three. I’ve never done CTB in a wod before. My hands are yelling at me right now.

  6. Wes says:

185# lunge. Had some “interesting” saves as Jaime put it, but got them. 6:37 Metcon with 53#. Then worked on DUs, very excited got 140 in 2 min! Getting ready for the open.

  7. Jaime says:

    Lunges- 165#
    Metcon- As Rx’d 7:51

  8. Lindsay says:

    Lunges – 135# x 10
Wod – 9:58 with 45# kettlebell … Was going to snap my left arm off with the 53#er. Decided to just get a good workout instead. And with the prego thing, I’m pretty sure I’m not training for regionals this year.

  9. Justin says:

Walking lunges – 215# was enough. I need to do more of these…as soon as the deep burn subsides.

WOD as RXd – 5:48 – almost a 2 minute pr from a year ago. Fun stuff

  10. Jordanne says:

    Walking lunges – 10×135#, 7×145#, 4×140# (yay, masochism)
Definitely taught me how to be more deliberate about foot placement. Justin was right about not stepping huge #wibblewobble

    Metcon – 15:14 rx’d
Had Linda to thank for this one. Last year we did a kb snatch challenge together, and tonight I was grateful I remembered how.
