    Power Snatch = 135# which is a 10# PR. WOD 9 rounds + 1 Wall Ball. Snatch @95#z

    PR Power Snatch 185 previous was 175 #progress
    then 5 rounds + 1 snatch Rx… need to work on endurance

    Power Snatch 95#, thanks for the tips Jaime and Aaron. This is always a humbling movement.

    Modified workout sub air squats for wall balls, 75# on snatches.
    9+15 air squats.

    Good WOD…I still suck at Power Snatch – 175#, 9 rounds on WOD w/25# Wall Ball.

    Power Snatch: 105#. As soon as it feels a little heavy, I want to squat under it and I had to fight not to. Definitely a PR, good to know I should be trying to power snatch @ 95# in a WOD.

    Thought I HAD to power snatch the WOD, too – and I wasn’t ready to test that theory: so I scaled to 85#: 6 rds + 17.
