    Did 285# for dead lifts… Only completed 7/10.
    Row 2K: 8:15. That.hurt.

    Deadlifts- 325×7, 335×2, 345×1
    2K Row- 7:43 (3.5 sec PR) …OUCH!

    Some strong people there this morning..good job.

    As Jodi told me this morning “I am picturing I am in the ocean”, that’s what I did 🙂
