    Crossfit bowling night is Saturday, February 15th @ Plaza Lanes! We’ll start at 7:30 PM. See myself or Danielle with questions. I sent out a Facebook invite but know I probably missed a few people. Everyone is welcome. This was soooo much fun last year, so don’t miss it 🙂
