Black/Blue/Grey WODs

“Barbara”

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups (with Bands)
30 Push-ups (from Knees)
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Grey = Cut all reps in 1/2

    When you know you have a Crossfit problem…

    “Do the Barbara workout in the morning, don’t get as good a time as you wanted, get home and see you did the Barbara workout about 10 months ago and that your time didn’t improve as much you think it should have, spend the whole day brooding and bothered about coming up short and not being satisfied with waiting even another day or two to try the Barbara workout again…. Leave work early so you can go back to Crossfit515 that afternoon and do the Barbara workout for the second time in one day…

    I think Barbara and I are going to remain, “just friends,” for the immediate future.
