    Second week with running after 8 months of no running…31:40 for today’s WOD. Felt pretty good about it!

    It’s been a slow August for me because of a slight back problem, but getting back into it now. Today was 29:30 for the WOD. Felt pretty good!

    Finally I got the 95# shoulder press POWPOW!
    10rft: 5 ohs at65#, 5 burpees, 15:40! Shoulders are smoked from last few days!
