    Decided on weighted pull ups today since my legs are still jello from the past week. Ended up with 5 = 70 lbs, 3 = 106 lbs – 1 = 124 lbs. My goal is a bodyweight + bodyweight pull up.

    We got Sunday off derby, so I got to reacquaint myself with a barbell today.

    20 bear complexes @ 75# – 7:02
    125# back squat breathing ladder – got up to 6 before I ran out of time/steam. Definitely trying this again ;_;
