This event is to honor the life of Laura Yoho, support her husband Nate, and benefit their daughter Caralyn who is due in December through surrogacy. It will be a team workout, to honor Laura’s everlasting strength.

DIRECTIONS TO CROSSFIT 515
HEAT TIMES/ WARM UP/ CHECK IN
Gym opens at 2:45
Please be at the gym 30 mins before your heat.
Check in at the front desk.
If you are not a current member at CrossFit 515 you will need to fill out a waiver.
Here is a link to the waiver, having it printed off and filled out when you arrive at the event will speed up the check in process. We will also have waivers at the check in.http://www.crossfit515.com/

Please watch the information/WOD demo video in order to streamline check in, and to be familiar with how the event will be run. This video also goes over the movement standards as well as the logistics of the workout.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring tall socks for a surprise challenge to be announced at the event.
There is a drinking fountain at 515 but with the amount of people it is recommended to bring your own water bottle.
Lawn chairs are also recommended. We will be opening up the back for spectators and athletes to hangout.
*Please leave personal belongings in the car.

Due to the large number of participants we ask that you carpool to the gym.
