    That’s my new deadlift PR and I did 90 reps of it 🙂 Think it might be time to try my one rep max and see where exactly my deadlifts are at…

    Set the wrong alarm on my phone today, but there was nothing wrong with my two feet, so I decided to try my first endurance running wod.

    8x200m, rest 1:00 – according to my trusty timer, Jeff, I clocked :24/:25 for most of it, and :26 for the last 2 rounds (approx, since he was using his phone)
