    Today. Max clean and jerk. Got up to 180#. I am leaving a lot of weight on the table due to my enability to COMMIT and get UNDER the bar. Oh well.

    And then Bobby and I made up a WOD for Adam’s departure to Kansas City: 15 min. AMRAP of 250 m. row, 5 muscle ups, and 10 thrusters. 4 rounds plus 185 m.. All the best Adam!

    Finally strung 10 double unders together and I celebrate by putting myself through running and burpees. Go, me -_o

    20 rep max back squat at 115. Probably should’ve done at 125!
