    Stayed at 185 lbs from July. Row at 1:35. Overhead strength remains my weakness.

    215# Clean & Jerk (10# PR!) . Thanks Bobby for coaching me on the technique and giving me some pointers. Then did 500 m row in 1:38.5 (3 sec PR). Good day at the 515!

    Second what Brad said. I did 210#. I knew that was a new PR but didn’t realize by how much until I checked my old workout records. Previous weight was 185#. Better than 25 lbs. Didn’t think that was possible. Couldn’t believe it. Advice and coaching of Bobby/Jaime and the 515 team has undoubtedly added to new PR’s in the past few weeks for me.
