    30 snatches @115# in 4:27. Then, did 1 rep max for snatch at 155#, which was a 20# PR! Form is getting better, but still need to trust myself to squat deeper.

    30 Snatches @ 135# – 19:50

    About 6 months after starting CrossFit (7/29/10), I did Isabel for the first time at 95# and it took me 16:50. That same day, the video up on mainsite was Kristin Clever doing it at 135# and I remember thinking -what kind of girl can do that?!? I went and looked, her time that day was 18:51. Long story short, I impressed myself this morning πŸ˜‰

    12 minute amrap: 5 deadlifts at 195, 10 pistols, 50m shuttle run

    4 rds+ 2 deadlifts

    Pistols should’ve been lower but better then last week.
