    sumo deadlift – 245lbs. position wasnt too comfortable, stopped at 245.

    Half-Mary – 10 min AMRAP:
    5 handstand pushups (used 1 abmat)
    10 pistols (some ugly)
    15 pullups

    3 rds + 1 hspu. I was able to string together 10 butterflies 🙂 woot woot. finally getting stronger 4 months post-pregnancy.

    Meghan and I raced Annette and Brian on the mystery. Our time was 2:10. We lost by 1 situp…rematch! 🙂 Thanks for being my partner, Meghan.

    Shoulder Press: 65-75-85-95(3)

    GHDSU with John and 16# ball: 1:55

    Then raced John on an 800. He wore a 30# vest. I lost. 2:48.
