5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, noon, 5:45pm
Note: NO 8:30am M,W,F & NO 5:15pm T,Th

Sat 7/27: normal 8:30am class
Sun 7/28: NO class

    I have done a really great job of avoiding wallballs until today and now I remember why.

    Oh, I chose to give ‘Jackie’ a go. 10:24rx’d
    Row in 4:20, thrusters a joke & couldn’t string pull-ups together but still a 27second pr!
