    my own modified version of today’s mystery WOD since my hands are still torn and more pull-ups would only enhance that pain:
    (10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats per round) 34:25

    My week at 515, 160# Backsquat (15#PR), 275# deadlift (25#PR), and, then today’s mystery knocks me right back down! Good job noon class Lots of fast running!
