Four rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
Back squat, 24 reps (135/85) (95/65) (65/35)
Shoulder-to-Overhead, 24 reps (135/85) (95/65) (65/35)

*Everything from the floor (no rack)

**Break up 24 and 24 reps as you would like each round

***Cut reps in 1/2 each round if needed
