    then did some front squats with Annette 5×3 @125 and you know you are a CrossFit girl when you are jealous of another woman’s squat;) Great job Annette!

    Thrusters/DU (30#): 7:31. My last DU took at least 3 tries?? Nice. That’s composure under pressure right there. I am still glad you guys waited for me – more fun head-to-head 🙂

    Front squats w/ Meg. Felt good. Glad she thought of it.

    Then, after watching the team bust out bar muscle ups like beasts … decided to spend some time over there myself – figured it was all warmed up and ready to go. 🙂

      I won’t mind being schooled by anyone on that WOD since it would mean that I could do A LOT of muscle ups. Very impressive to watch you do it!
