    I did one of Bobby’s wod’s off the board: 16 min. AMRAP of 8 kb swings, 6 seated box jumps, and 4 muscle ups. I used a 70# kb and a 30 inch box. 6 rds + 14 reps.

    500-400-300-200-100 m row with 25-20-15-10-5 wall balls (20#) between each row as Rx’d in 12:00,

    8 minute break then…
    21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of 75# sumo deadlifts and shoulders to overhead in 15:25

    Going on vacation next week , but looking at hitting it hard again at the end of June!

    Tackled the one with the HSPUs (2 Abmatz), C2Bs & dumbbell squat snatches – 5 rds + 3 (goal was 5 rds). It took all year to tackle one of my new year’s resolutions, but better late than never 🙂
