    1 Back Squat | 385 lbs
    1 Shoulder Press | 155 lbs
    1 Deadlift | 385 lbs
    Combined Total: 925 lbs

    Back Squat was a 20# PR and Deadlift was a 35# PR.
    Goal: 1000# combined by the end of the year…shoulder press and deadlift definitely has a lot room for improvement!

    Wasn’t feeling a Total this morning so Jaime came up with a workout for me
    5 RFT
    5 power cleans 145#
    10 seated box jumps 30″

    Hit my 1,000 goal on Crossfit Total today! Nice little Monday morning.

    Back squat, 325, Shoulder Press, 190, Deadlift, 485 = 1,000

    I might get on the “Cool Board” after a long absence with a PR in deadlift and should press. Back squat still remains weak.

    Back squat – 325 (at my CF PR)
    Should press – 200 (5lb PR)
    Deadlift – 500 (5lb PR)

    Total 1025 (10lb PR)

    Did 20 minute AMRAP 250 m row 25 pushups
    8 rounds plus 57 m

    Nice CrossFit totals everyone! 🙂

    Back Squat 195#
    Shoulder Press 95#
    Dead lift 235#
    Total = 525#
