    Loved the WOD today with dumbbell ground to overhead and toes to bar! And then 100 GHD’s for time sounded like a good idea.. my abs hurt! Good luck to the 515 team this weekend!!!

    CrossFit 515 (Kady & Billy) placed 2nd on Event 1, Team Jackie!! Events 2&3, OHS and burpee muscle-ups @ 1:50pm.

    Day 1 complete: 2nd, 7th, and 3rd. Team 515 is sitting in 3rd place overall!
    Day 2: Event 4 @ 9:30am, Event 5 @ 3:30pm
