      Well looks like I am the only one who is glad they didn’t go heavier. 185# was heavy enough for this guy.

    JoJack WOD @ 225# – did it this morning and things did not go well, then tried again after noon class in 6:22. However, my mind tried to play tricks on me so I did an extra round for good measure. Pretty sure I did 11 rounds of this today, so extraaa happy birthday
