Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees (6 inches above reach)
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Pretty painful, but exciting to compete. Unfortunately, I’ll be doing this one again this weekend.
13.1: 150 reps. Couldn’t hold on to my one shot at 100#. 🙁 Poor time management. I guess I did a lot of standing around in that 2nd round, huh?? I can’t recall, the whole 17 minutes is a blurry, pseudo-memory of pain.
Great job to everyone this morning!! And a really big thanks to all who cheered, cued and encouraged me this morning. 515ers are the best 🙂

Open WOD 13.1 as Rx’d: 111 Reps…. It hurt pretty bad, but super pumped I snatched 135. All the encouragement from everyone helped TONS!!
