    Intra-league scrimmage tomorrow = no hero wod today 🙁
    Aiming for yesterday’s wod and a butt-ton of box jumps instead.

      Yesterday’s wod rx’d – 5:08
      I’d been coasting on burpees all week, so I cracked the whip this time but holy white-hot agony, Batman :O

      Then 150 monkey(bare)feet boxjumps for the ladies.
