    Was shooting for Lindsey V. and….sadly, I did not beat her. Today’s wod, as rx’d: 5:45.

    After several disheartening comments from Bobby about my weight, physical appearance and body’s chemical balance….Today’s as Rx’d = 3:48.

    A bit of a “Fran” feeling afterwards where I wasn’t sure if I was going to pass out, hurl or both.

    Today’s WOD rx 3:30

    Then did
    5 rounds
    5 power cleans 115#
    5 bench press 85#
    -4:24

    Learned a good lesson today that I feel has been a couple months in the making now, I should go 5-10# heavier when I choose the weight for a workout. Going to redo this one tomorrow or Monday at 125#/95# and shoot for closer to the 8 min time frame that other got on it.
