    I haven’t posted in a while… today I took on an old nemesis from a year ago. And by nemesis I mean I about cried, screamed and threw my jump rope across the room the last time I did this one 🙂

    7 rounds:
    1 rope climb
    10 wallballs 14#
    15 kb swings 35#
    20 doubleunders

    7:30 minute PR 🙂

    Wallballs still aren’t my friend but kb unbroken and doubleunders too except one round. Moral of the story…make your weaknesses into your strengths! Words I should heed myself regarding the wallballs :-/

    1000m row 12MU (bar MU)
    11:47
    then practiced more bar MU & got 2 consecutive!
