    On Mondays, I train in the morning, and teach at night so I can’t make it to the 515, BUT, I felt this was important enough to share, or at least I’m damn proud of myself, so why not post it here too!

    12 reps of 220# on the leg sled

    Today’s WOD: Jackie Rx: 9:15 (15 sec PR). Goal today was under 9 but pullups still take me too long… I need to quit foolin’ around and get right back up on the bar.

    Woohoo, website is back!

    Haven’t been posting much lately, but this morning I finally had a handstand push up break through: 5 consecutive strict HSPUs 🙂 Strict HSPUs have been a weakness of mine for way too long … it’s amazing how you improve at something when you stop avoiding it. (Thanks, Bobby). New goal: 10

    Decided to do the 2012 open wods this week, started with 7 minutes of burpees today: 106, room for improvement.

    Then decided to work on power cleans and got up to 250#, new 5# PR, setting my sights on King Kong…

    Jackie as Rx’d 7:32. I guess that’s a 1:54 PR from July 2011. Not too shabby. Also, why isn’t my one accomplishment on the cool board? 500m row in 1:23.1 All I have is rowing!

    PR’d my clean & jerk this am 175#, had previously done a 175# power clean and 175# split jerk, but had yet to put them together!

    Then did Saturday’s mainsite WOD 13:47
    2 RFT
    100 DU
    50 shoulders to overhead 65#
    25 toes to bar

    I was upset that my pull-ups fell apart but felt better when I looked back and realized they probably fell apart worse the last time I did it:) Thanks for cheering me on Annette, I think we should go head to head next time as terrifying as that sounds.
