    First time doing this one. I am finally able to do multiple MU workouts in the same week without ridiculous shoulder pain. The sports massages, yoga, and extra mobility/stretching has helped a ton.

    First day back in exactly one week….dang sick and work gettin in the way! Today’s WOD….am impressive one round and 18DU’s. Yep DL’s at 205 ……yowza!
