    Today’s wod, as rx’d: 11:39. Last time I did this I had to put the bar down…this time I powered through (powered is too strong a word).

    10 x 1 Hang squat snatch – EMOM – Felt clean and good at 135#, and stuck a couple at 145# – not a strong snatch day

    Reverse FIlthy Fifty – 19:56. Not fun.
