    Today’s wod: worked from 155 up to 180. I failed twice but tacked on extra minutes to get 10 successful reps. I liked this workout. I still need to work on keeping my feet more together (or, pretty soon I’ll be doing the splits to get heavier weight cleaned).

    50 GHDs for time: 2:11.

    Went from 65 to 100 on hang cleans.. I need to work on my form! Then went head to head with Jeff on 50 GHD situps for time 1:20.. loved that part of the workout 🙂

    Today – 165-205lbs hang squat clean.
    Angie and I are going to destroy the 30 day paleo challenge begining on Monday. Anybody know a good recipe for ‘paleo dougnuts?’
