    All good things must come to an end … my PR streak ends today. 🙁

    Front Squats: 145#. I usually fall forward on a heavy front squat and lose the bar, today my legs just couldn’t handle the weight. I’m giving heavy deadlifts on Tuesday credit for that and hope that means that my form is improving…

    Mystery: 36 reps. Scaled the weight to 85/105/115. That WOD as prescribed had SuperHero weights!!

    Front squat max at 145#. Which is a 40# PR for me! Heck yeah!!
