Did 1×10 deadlift max. I got 235, which was a 50# pr! Super pumped! Then practiced kipping hspu’s.

That was just 10# shy of my old 1 rep max, that’s how long it’s been. Also saving Jess’ birthday workout for later this week, and good thing I did. Our coach decided that we weren’t as conditioned as he’d like and made us skate our feet off tonight (my back >_<).
