    Filthy Fifty in a pathetic 34:46, but still a PR by 3:59 from 1/11/12.

    Fourth PR in 2013 – Fran, Death by Pull-ups, power clean and Filthy Fifty. CrossFit is the gift that just keeps giving!

      She got me by EXACTLY 2 minutes (10:14). I was with her until Toes-Thru-Rings (yes the first set) … can I blame it on that Fitlhy Fifty that beat me up a couple of days ago??

    Worked on overhead squats today and got up to 135 lbs. Still not where I want to be but it’s getting better. Then did my own made-up wod =

    Did one of the 2012 regionals WODs:
    4 rounds
    10 one arm dumbbell snatches (55lbs)
    200m run
    9:37
    Did this WOD in December with 50lbs in 10:34. I guess something clicked today because I didn’t even have any failed attempts and in December I struggled with the 50lbs with my left arm.
