    Today’s wod, as rx’d: 20:30 (a year ago, I logged 22:22).

    Filthy Fifty as rx’d: 25:57 (PR). In August it took me over 38 minutes (I remember spending a LOT of time determinedly trying to get my knees anywhere NEAR my elbows). They were 100x better today 🙂

    This is definitely one of those workouts where I am glad I have all of you blazing the path and pushing me along!!

    27:50. Did hanging knee raises and any thought of DU’s was out the door after burpees……ugh

    Didn’t remember (or intentionally trying to forget) that I had taken on “Fiflthy Fifty” as many times rx’d as I have, but here’s my history:
    7/1/11 – 33:15
    1/11/11 – 30:37
    8/2/12 – 27:44
    1/9/13 – 25:40
    I think it’s always interesting to look at your prior times and remember how far you’ve come. One of the many beneficial things about CrossFit is that it IS measurable.
    And I did notice a pattern here. It appears that my time improves by about 2 minutes each time ….. which I’m definitely happy about. But even better is the fact that Filthy Fifty comes up about every 6 months so I won’t have to tackle it again until this summer. Yes!!!!

    Filthy Fifty = 16:28. I am still trying to get used to the early morning workout thing. I miss my nooners.

    Filthy 50 rx’d with single unders – 39:03

    I remember my unrecorded & scaled (to death) first attempt when I was but a newly-hatched T rex; all I wanted this time was to finish under an hour. Next time, double unders and a little closer to 30 mins /shakes fist
