Front squat, 30 reps (115/75) (75/55) (55/35)
30 Toes-to-bar (Toes-thru-Rings) (Hanging Knee Raises)
Power clean, 30 reps (115/75) (75/55) (55/35)

    Annette, you have watched me psych myself out a handful of times by now (which probably only makes up a fourth of the times it’s happened)……and unfortunately the weight has beat me for the last 6 or 7 weeks now. By far the biggest mental struggle I have had in almost 3 years of crossfit. I am taking tomorrow off and hopefully I feel strong (more importantly fast) Friday morning. I WILL BEAT THE WEIGHT

    Today’s WOD as rx’d – 34:45. That second round was really tough.

      Shelley you beat me by 12 SECONDS. 34:57 (rx) w/ rowing. So close. It’s easy to say NOW, but I wish I’d known your time. 😉

      My pullups went pretty well today, not well enough to keep up with Meghan, though. Then she pulled away from me on the T2B and I never caught her.

      I hope the investment I’m making in trying to get these kipping T2B down pays off … today’s went better than yesterday’s. Until that second round, anyway. The last ten were old school because at that point, they were definitely faster because I could stay on the bar!! GRIP.

        I was gunning for you and I wouldn’t have pushed nearly as hard if I wasn’t trying to stay ahead of you:) Definitely my favorite part of our gym is that we have so many, as Bobby would put it “CrossFit Badasses”, that I have so many people who push me to be better!
