    Saw this on FB from a Crossfit gym in my hometown. Figure since it is a makeup day I would post this and see who wants to do it with me. It is for the students and staff from Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Pennsylvania after 20 children and 6 teachers lost their lives earlier this week. Honoring them Crossfit style.

    6 Rounds of:
    20 Box Jumps 30/24
    12 Ring Dips
    14 OHS 95/65
    12 Pullups

    1 RM Thrusters, done after 3 failed attempts
    65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125 (f) 120 (f)

    Then
    9 Min AMRAP
    3 Thrusters (80% 1 RM = 95#)
    6 kb swings 70#
    60 ft handstand walk
    Since I currently can only walk on my feet, Lindsay suggested do 1 min of handstand walk attempts just to work on them.
    Got 4 rounds + 5 kb swings.

    1 RM Thruster: 85-115-125-135-145-155
    Then
    9 Min AMRAP
    3 Thrusters (80% 1 RM = 125#)
    6 kb swings (88/70)
    60 ft handstand walk
    4 rounds + 1 kb swing
