Deadlift/air squat/hspu 11:36. Starting doing strict hspu with abmat and 10# plate, then, Jaime surprised me and took away the plate! Thanks for the encouragement!!
Had a crack at yesterday’s rope climb/wallball clean wod – just under 25 mins.
