Jackie was my first pullup WOD rx’d back in April, so this was a benchmark for me. 8 minute PR. And a new time to beat. 🙂

Yep – great perspective. Fitness is a journey, not a destination. There are physical limits to what each of us can do, but we’ll never approach those physical limits unless we embrace the philosophy of this article.
This was a great article, thanks Bobby for sharing. It’s an awesome reminder and a mantra I hope to adopt more and more. Embrace the suck right:)

BS was 160, so PR today
SP: same same 65, gotta work on that upper body strength
DL: was 165, so PR today
so happy to see the progress I am making!

So sometimes I do stupid things… in spite of the “are you crazy” comments and not finding any volunteers to do this one with me I gave the ‘ol 7 minutes of burpees another try *shoulder shrug* Why not?
In February I got 84. Today 82. Now I’m just annoyed! Which means I’m gonna have to do it AGAIN! So mark your calendars. In 6 months, I’m gonna need 2 volunteers. 1 to do it with me and one to scream at me to “GET UP!” Which Jaime did a great job of today 😉
I did think you were crazy for doing this today but nice job 🙂 I will do this one with you next time.. see you in 6 months!

Awesome job with all the PR’s on Split Jerks! Eased back into things this week with the Front squat/Pullups WOD. Did 185# for the squats. 4 min:30 sec

Halfway through I had to chalk my legs a little so I wouldn’t brain someone… All told, just shy of 20 mins. I liked that it kept me on my toes mentally as well as physically.
