    I used a 6 lb. ball: 12:25

    Front Squat / Pull up wod with 155# — 9:53. Hoped I could keep it closer with Michelle, but she is too strong! Fun going with you girls this morning – thanks for the push 🙂

    Front Squat (125#) / Pullups: 9:58.

    Then… 3+ hours at the dentist 🙁 Need mobility work. STAT. My body feels like a jumble of inter-connected knots.

    Wod1: 12:50
    Wod2: 10:47 no rack cleaned the front squat each round at 85#

    Then went to personal training: 2 mile run, then worked up to 180 lb on leg press and a full 3 sets of bench press at 80lbs. Both the most I have done. I guess crossfit really does work 🙂
