    Sub 4 “Fran” finally!!! 3:49 which after officially checking BTW is a 1:18 PR from July. Super stoked bout this plus I get to celebrate w/ the 515 ladies @ Zombie burger so all in all a pretty great day 🙂

    Snatch wod turned into a technique session for me, topped out at a whopping 85#. I just need to convince my brain it’s ok to jump under a heavy object that happens to be falling ;_;

    The last time we did these was during my first few months, during which I didn’t log anything, so I have nothing to base this on either. T-rex needs moar practice. A LOT moar.
